At Peakkle™, we stand behind the quality of our pickleball paddles with a One-Year Lifetime Warranty, ensuring peace of mind for the lifetime of your paddle.
Important Note: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the paddle.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of your paddle.
What’s Not Covered
While we’re confident in the durability of our paddles, the following are not covered under the warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected from regular use over time.
- Damage from Abuse or Modifications: Includes misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
- Fading of Graphics or Textures: Due to natural aging and extended use.
Warranty Claim Submission
- Include the Original Sales Receipt: Ensure you include the original copy of your sales receipt with your claim.
- Submit a Customer Service Case: Use our case portal on the Contact Us page to notify us of the issue.

- Ship the Product: The customer is responsible for shipping the paddle back to Peakkle to validate the warranty claim.
