Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Paddles: Must have the seal intact over the grip handle.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date for items bought directly from Peakkle. Only the original purchaser can initiate a return or exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Refunds can only be initiated by the original purchaser and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
