Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why all paddles purchased through peakkle.com are eligible for a 30-day, no-hassle return or exchange.

If it’s been less than 30 days since your paddle was delivered, you can request a return or exchange by emailing us at info@peakkle.com using the same email address you used to place your order.

Please use one of the following subject lines, depending on your request:

Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

* Paddles that show signs of abuse or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds can only be initiated by the original purchaser and will be issued to the original method of payment.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
